1. Services Provided
Immediate Mobile Notary provides mobile notary and related document services. Immediate Signings provides business-facing signing coordination and support for escrow, title, and other professional clients. Services are subject to availability, applicable law, and separate confirmation for a specific engagement.
1A. Immediate Signings Business Inquiries
The Immediate Signings business inquiry form is for general business inquiries only. Submitting it does not create or confirm an order, appointment, contract, or service engagement; guarantee coverage or availability; or authorize work to begin. An order or engagement exists only after it is submitted through an authorized ordering channel and separately confirmed by us.
Do not submit borrower names, property addresses, loan or file numbers, identification documents, account numbers, credentials, documents, or other confidential closing information through this inquiry form.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an inquiry, ordering, or booking services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not misuse our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
4. Payment & Cancellations
- Service fees must be paid in accordance with booking terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
Immediate Mobile Notary is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Notary services are limited to the lawful witnessing of signatures.
7. SMS Messaging Program Terms
This section applies only when a person separately opts in to the Immediate Mobile Notary SMS program. Submitting the Immediate Signings business inquiry form does not constitute SMS consent and does not enroll the submitter in SMS marketing.
By opting into the Immediate Mobile Notary SMS program, you agree to the following:
- Program Name: Immediate Mobile Notary SMS Alerts
- Program Description: Users who opt in will receive SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, updates on notary services, customer support, and occasional promotional offers.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to (888) 879-2818. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website or booking form, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us directly at Notary@immediateMobileNotary.com or by phone at (888) 879-2818.
